OUR MISSION CAMP EXPERIENCE: This year we are excited to announce our Mission Camp experience will be held in Michigan! We will also be spending 3 glorious days in Ohio during our adventure. Join us this year, July 16-24th, for an amazing experience with Christ.
DEPARTURE & ARRIVAL: We plan to depart from our church (Lakeside location) on Saturday morning, July 16th at 7:00AM. We hope to arrive back at our church on Sunday evening, July 24th, between 8:00PM-10:00PM.
LODGING: We will be stopping near the Canton\Akron, OH area for 2 days in route to Michigan. We will be partnering with Maranatha Bible Church while we are there and will be staying in host homes provided by the church. During our week-long camp experience we will be lodging in cabins at Lake Ann Camp (near Traverse City, MI). On our final leg of our journey, once we arrive back in OH, we will be staying at a local hotel.
COSTS: The costs to participate is $300.00. Please submit the $50 deposit along with your registration form to our office. The balance of $250 will be due on Sunday, July 30th.

REGISTRATION: You must complete an official registration form and submit this to our office manager, Debbie, along with the deposit ($50) before you can participate. MEDICAL RELEASE FORM: If you do not already have a medical release form on file with our student ministry you must complete a form and attach it to your registration form. Go [here] to download an official medical release form now.

You can drop your form off in the response box on the wall at the front entrance of our building. Make sure your form & fee are in an envelope marked "Student Ministry" - Mission Camp.
